When choosing an insurance plan, out-of-pocket cost information is often confusing and hard to find, and two recent studies suggest more can be done to assist as consumers sort through their health insurance options. Our new video looks at how improving access to out-of-pocket cost information can help engage and empower consumers when making health care decisions.
